Paladin Data Corporation will accept a cancellation request that is in writing and provides a 30-day notice. To cancel your subscription, save your data (see the Important Considerations section below) and then send an email to with:

  • Store name
  • Store city and state
  • Reason for cancellation

You will receive two emails once Paladin receives the cancellation. The first email is auto-generated and will include the cancellation date and time. The second email is sent within five business days of the first message and will confirm your cancellation is processed. 

Important Considerations

Save  your data first: Your data is yours—it is valuable and it deserves to be saved. We recommend that you save your data before you cancel, using these steps:

  1. Back up your database.

    • Accounting Summary Report
    • Inventory Valuation Report
    • Period Comparative Revenue

  3. Create the Customer File Export Report. This report exports your customer data into an Excel spreadsheet.

Credit card processing with Worldpay (formerly Vantiv): If you want to cancel card processing with Worldpay (formerly Vantiv), you must call Worldpay (formerly Vantiv) at 800-846-4472. Worldpay (formerly Vantiv) requires that you request a cancellation in writing and give at least 30 days of notice.
