Our outstanding customer support is now conveniently accessible directly in your point of sale software. On the Help menu, select Support. From there you can utilize: 

    • Chat Support to get answers to simple questions quickly and easily.
    • Help Request Portal to investigate more complex inquiries. The new system provides more information about your account and unique system so we can more efficiently resolve your inquiry.
