Paladin Data Corporation will accept a cancellation request that is in writing and provides a 30-day notice. To cancel your subscription, save your data (see the Important Considerations section below), then send an email to billing@paladinpos.com with:

  • Store name
  • Store city and state
  • Reason for cancellation

Note: Be sure to include an email address where Paladin support can contact you. 

You will receive two emails once Paladin receives the cancellation request. The first email is auto-generated and includes the cancellation date and time. The second email is sent within five business days of the first message and confirms your cancellation is processed. 

Note: All email to Paladin must be sent to billing@paladinpos.com in order for the cancellation to be valid.

Important Considerations

Save your data first: Your data is yours—it is valuable, and it deserves to be saved. We recommend that you save your data using the following steps:

  1. Back up your database.

  2. Create these reports:
    • Accounting Summary Report
    • Inventory Valuation Report
    • Period Comparative Revenue

  3. Create the Customer File Export Report. This report exports your customer data into an Excel spreadsheet.

  4. Create the Master Inventory Report. This report exports your inventory data.

Credit card processing with Worldpay: If you want to cancel card processing with Worldpay, you must call Worldpay at 800-846-4472. Worldpay requires that you request a cancellation in writing and give at least 30 days notice. For more information, call Worldpay (800.846.4472).

Verbal Cancellation Request – To avoid a cancellation emailed to someone that is not listed as a contact for your store, contact Paladin Support and provide your store account number and your customer reference number.
