To create an Excel file of a customer’s dollar amount of their purchases during a specific date range:
- In Paladin, from the top ribbon, select the Customers module.
- On the bottom ribbon of the module, select F1 Advanced Lookup.
- On the top of the Advanced Lookup window, enable All.
- In the Key Word search box, enter the customer’s name.
- In the list that populates the window, highlight the customer and press F8 Select Customer.
- Back in the Customer module, select the Credit tab.
- At the top of the Sales History pane, click the Customer Friendly magnifying glass.
- In the Recent Sales History window, highlight the desired sale and press Report.
An Excel file opens that you can save to your computer.
