How to create a suspended sale
Note: You can only store one suspended sale on a terminal. When you create another suspended sale, it will overwrite the previous one.
To create a suspended sale:
- In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/Quote module.
- Scan the item, or enter a part number in the Part Number box.
- Press Enter.
- On the bottom ribbon of the module, click F6 Store Transaction.
- On the top of the Store Transaction window, select Suspended Sale.
- Click F12 Store.
How to recall a suspended sale
Note: When you create a suspended sale on a terminal, you can only recall it on that terminal.
- In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/Quote module.
- On the bottom ribbon of the module, click F6 Recall Transaction.
- On the top of the Recall Transaction window, enable Suspended Sale.
- Click F12 Recall.
How to delete a suspended sale
Note: When you create a suspended sale on a terminal, you can only delete it on that terminal.
- In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/Quote module.
- On the bottom ribbon of the module, click F6 Recall Transaction.
- In the Recall Transaction window, highlight the transaction.
- Click Delete.
When you close Paladin, the suspended sale will be permanently deleted; it will not appear when you reopen Paladin.
