- Enter notes and take pictures with the mobile device.
- Access delivery directions.
- Accept signatures.
- Modify delivery quantities (reduce quantity only) for automatic crediting in a new invoice.

It is important to note that deliveries are made in and paid for in PaladinPOS prior to delivery. PaladinGo only provides the functions outlined in the above bulleted list, but is responsible for finalizing the transaction after a signature is collected.
For information and instruction on setting up deliveries, refer to the Deliveries KBA.
PaladinPOS
FanBuilder Coupons
Orgill has updated how available coupons are delivered for the FanBuilder integration. Instead of launching a web browser to display a coupon website, Paladin now retrieves eligible coupons directly.
- No action is required from the checkout clerk. This functionality is automatically activated with the update.
- Only one coupon can be applied per invoice.
These coupons are shown to the cashier during checkout and can be applied to the invoice within PaladinPOS.
View images instantly
You can now view product images from the Invoice/Quote module with a simple right-click on your mouse and select View Images.
When an image is selected, a tile opens with the image shown. By clicking and holding on the image, it can be moved around a single monitor or to a secondary monitor, so users can interact with PaladinPOS normally. If your cursor is moved to other parts in the invoice, the image preview window will update with the part’s images, if they exist, otherwise, Paladin will show “image not found.”
New Special Order Tool
Most special order costs and retail prices aren’t known until the time the purchase order is received. If the Margin entered during the creation of a Special Order were to be carried over to the Ref Margin field in Inventory, then the Retail price will be automatically calculated when receiving the Special Order purchase order. Paladin offers a feature to address this.
When the feature is enabled, retail margins set in the Special Order window will transfer to the Special Order inventory item’s Ref Margin. When disabled, Inventory Ref Margin will not be set.
Read the Knowledge Base article (Add Special Order Margin Percentage to the Inventory Ref Margin) for information.
Ace Rewards Coupons View
There are three options in PaladinPOS when stores are presented with Ace Rewards Coupons. These options control how the checkout screen appears on an invoice.
- Always Show Customer Coupons – presents a list during checkout with all valid customer coupons, which can be applied to an invoice.
- Button to Look Up Customer Coupons – presents a button to cashiers during checkout that, when clicked, presents a list of all valid customer coupons that can be applied to an invoice.
- Disable Presentation of Ace Coupons – disables the Ace Rewards Coupon Presentation feature for all customers.
