In the Invoice/Quote module, when you sign up a new Ace Rewards member, a list of Ace customer types appears, and you must select one. This step is not optional.
Previously, you could only specify if the customer was a homeowner. The new customer type list replaces the homeowner designation.
If the new member is not in your Paladin Point of Sale Customers database, a new customer will be created. The customer type you select is saved with the customer’s information in the Customers module in Paladin Point of Sale, and will be included in the next Ace Hardware nightly upload.
