FanBuilder is Orgill’s enhanced customer engagement engine built to drive an Orgill Dealer’s rewards/loyalty program.

Orgill FanBuilder is designed to:

  • Unify customer records between Point-of-Sale and eCommerce (in-store & online).
  • Capture and control the rewards program flow.
  • Provide customer notifications via email and/or SMS (text message).

With Orgill FanBuilder:

Customers can view their purchase history, which includes all purchased items with enhanced descriptions/photos. Links are provided to view products details and to reorder online. The purchase history is searchable, sortable, filterable, and contains both in store and online purchases.

Customers can track points acquired and view progress towards next goals. Customers can view their most recent rewards, scan coupons directly from their phone, and view a list of transactions and points towards their next goal.

Orgill FanBuilder provides Coupon management. Customers can view Coupons specifically assigned to them, view their coupon use, and print coupons from their home computer. Customers can also display coupons on mobile devices for in store scanning and retrieve codes for online orders.

Coupons are available for all order types:

  • Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS)
  • Buy Online Ship to Store (BOSS)
  • Buy Online Ship to Home (BOSH)

Orgill offers three FanBuilder pricing structures. Clients need to contact their Orgill representative to enroll in FanBuilder (https://www.orgill.com/).
