As per Wikipedia, a “Net promoter score (NPS) is a market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague. The primary objective of the net promoter score methodology is to infer customer loyalty (as evidenced by repurchase and referral) to a product, service, brand, or company on the basis of respondents’ responses to a single survey item.”
Paladin firmly believes in this methodology and provides a feature for clients to use to distribute a survey question and have feedback returned, visible on the Customers module.
If you want to utilize this feature:
- In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
- Select the KPI-NPS tab.
- In the NPS (Net Promoter Score) pane, check Enable NPS Customer Surveys.
