If a client does not require automatic generation of a printed receipt with every sale, they may now disable this feature inside Paladin.

  1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
  2. Select the Invoice (Store) tab.
  3. Check Disable Automatic Receipt at Checkout.
  4. Click Save, and then click Close.

The Payment wizard will still display the “do you want another copy” message, which does allow the sales person to print the receipt.

Important Pharmacies: This feature has been present in our pharmacy enabled stores. We have moved this feature out of Pharmacy setup and made it available to all Paladin users on the Invoice (Store) tab in setup. Pharmacies that are utilizing Disable Automatic Receipt at Checkout will need to re-select the option on the Invoice (Store) tab.
