If a client does not require automatic generation of a printed receipt with every sale, they can disable this feature inside Paladin.

  1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
  2. Select the Invoice (Store) tab.
  3. Check Disable Automatic Receipt at Checkout.
  4. Click Save, then click Close.

The Payment wizard displays the Do you want another copy message, which allows the sales person to print the receipt.

Important: Pharmacies that are utilizing Disable Automatic Receipt at Checkout will need to re-select the option on the Invoice (Store) tab.
