Inventory Master Report

The Inventory Master report provides active inventory details including price, margin, stock on hand (SOH), and inventory sales totals for any supplier. 

To create the Inventory Master report:

1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Reports module.
2. In the Report Area pane, select Inventory > General.
3. In the Report List pane, select Master Report.
4. In the Choose Report pane, click F12 Next.
5. In the Report Settings pane, enter your report parameters.
6. In the Additional Settings pane, in the Report Format List, select the report format.
   • Print to Screen: When complete, a PDF document opens with inventory item details.
   • Send to Excel: When complete, an Excel spreadsheet opens with inventory item details. You have the following Data Type options:
      – 4 Week Qty and Sales
     –  Quantities: Weekly or 4 Weeks
     –  Sales: Weekly or 4 Weeks
7. In the Sorting Options pane, click F12 Run Report.
