Should you ever receive the instruction from a Paladin Customer Service specialist to “Open a remote connection” to Paladin’s office, we’ve made this task easier for you. From within Paladin POS click the Help menu at the top of the screen and then click Remote Support.
A message box appears informing you not to proceed unless instructed to do so by Paladin Customer Service personnel. Click Cancel to return to POS, or F8 to proceed with the connection to your Paladin Customer Service specialist. No longer are you required to input your store name. This new system uses information in your data to automatically identify your session to us.
