If you are sending more purchase orders by EDI and email than you are faxing, you may want to disable automatic printing of POs. You still have the option to print (and reprint) your PO, but with this new option enabled you must select a print option from the PO Complete window (the same window that you may email your PO).
To enable this feature click File – Setup – Company and scroll down the screen to the Purchase Orders group box. Check the box beside “Disable Automatic Purchase Order Print” and click Save.
