Should you ever receive instruction from a Paladin Customer Service specialist to “Open a remote connection” to Paladin’s office, perform the following:

  1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select Help > Remote Connection. A message box appears informing you not to proceed unless instructed to do so by Paladin Customer Service.
  2. Click Cancel to return to Paladin, or press F8 to proceed with the connection to your Paladin Customer Service specialist. Entering your store name is not required. The system uses information in your data to automatically identify your session.
