BlockChyp: Virtual Terminal

There are some scenarios where use of the BlockChyp virtual terminal will be necessary:

• You have not purchased a terminal, or your terminal is not available to take/accept a transaction.
• You are not at your store location – this scenario will only work if your
  Internet connection allows.

Access the virtual terminal by navigating to the client’s BlockChyp Merchant Dashboard, select Merchant Tools, then select Virtual Terminal.

Running transactions on the virtual terminal

To run transactions on BlockChyp’s Virtual Terminal:

1. Select the terminal you want to run your transaction on in the Terminal drop-down.
2. Select what type of transaction you are running in the Transaction Type drop-down.

3. Fill in the card number in the Card Number box.
4. Enter the expiration date in the MM and YYYY boxes of Expiration/CVW.
5. Enter the CVW in the CVW box of Expiration/CVW.
6. Enter the card holder’s name as it appears on the credit card in the Card Holder box.
7. Press Charge.
