To use the advanced lookup/sort function, perform the following: 

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/ Quote module.
  2. On the bottom ribbon of the module, click  F1 Advanced Lookup.
  3. Select and enable from the following:
    • Class
    • Department
    • Location
    • Supplier
    • Keyword

The options of Exact Phrase or Include Special Order Items can be selected.

4.Click Find >>.

The initial screen now displays data in chronological order with the newest sales displayed first.

5. Enter a quantity of the item desired, press Enter, and click F8 Add Items to invoice. The item will now be applied to the Invoice/Quote module.
