Create coupon at checkout

There are times when coupons can be created at the time of checkout, for example, if a customer is willing to purchase an item that may be damaged if they can get a discount, or a store offers their own coupon.

To apply such coupons:

In the Checkout tab of the Invoice/Quote module, the bottom ribbon will show F5 Coupon. Pressing this adds a coupon value to the Payment Type.
