To view recent sales:
- In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Customers module.
- Enter or select a customer account from the Customer list.
- Select the Credit tab.
- On the top of the Sales History pane, click either the Customer Friendly or Accounting Department magnifying glass.
- In the Recent Sales History window, when a transaction was paid for with a credit card, the Pmt Type column displays the last four digits of the credit card number.
Note: This information is found in both the Customer Friendly and Accounting Department views.

To view transactions for a specific credit card, you can search for them with the last four digits of the card number (detailed steps are provided below).

To search for customer transactions that were paid for with a specific credit card:
- In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Customers module.
- Enter or select the customer account from the Customer list. You can also select F1 Advanced Lookup to search for the customer account.
- On the Credit tab, in the Sales History pane, open one of the following views:
- Customer Friendly (Click the magnifying glass or press Alt+U)
- This view displays basic customer transaction details.
- Accounting Department (Click the magnifying glass or press Alt+A)
- This view displays enhanced customer transaction details, including profit and cost.
- Customer Friendly (Click the magnifying glass or press Alt+U)
- In the Search by Card Number box, enter the last four digits of the credit card number, then click Search.
- Transactions with these numbers in the Pmt Type column are displayed.
Note: To return to the list of all transactions for the customer, click Done.
