PaladinGo™ Mobile Application 

PaladinGo™ is for anyone who has wanted to process sales, update inventory, or access information while on the floor, yard and beyond. This mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play stores. 

Key Features:

• Checkout, Inventory, Count, Purchase Order, Receive PO and Settings modules
• Accept payments using enabled Paladin processors, cash and charge accounts
• Access and update inventory and customer data
• Supports manual entry and barcode scanning using the device’s camera

Paladin’s new Weight Analyst feature calculates item weights in real time during invoicing. It’s ideal for stores managing deliveries with truck or bridge weight limits.

Benjamin Moore EDI

GL Summary Export

Simplify your store’s accounting workflow with nightly GL summary exports to designated recipients. This feature enables automatic uploads to most accounting software programs.

Ace B2B Online Purchase with Store Account Credit

Your business customers can now shop on AceHardware.com using their in-store account credit, thanks to enhancements in Paladin’s Ace B2B integration.

Benefits:

• Seamless experience between online and in-store shopping
• Full access to Ace B2B features

Ace Buy More and Save (BMAS) Wizard

When a store doesn’t receive an Ace Buy More and Save (BMAS) sale, Ace support recommends manually creating the sale. Paladin’s Ace BMAS Sale Wizard streamlines this process, allowing users to easily set up BMAS sales without the risk of manual entry errors. Read the Knowledge Base article

Ace Drop Ship

Paladin now supports Ace drop ship or 810 files invoice processing via Ace EDI. Stores can manage orders placed outside of Ace or Paladin, with automatic inventory updates for matched part numbers, or creation of new parts and suppliers when unmatched. Read the Knowledge Base article

Ace Warehouse Code

Ace Hardware has added a new warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. Paladin has updated its system to include the new warehouse code: MO01, ensuring accurate ordering, logistics and inventory tracking.

Delayed EDI Receiving for Orgill

Now available for Orgill EDI users, this feature delays Stock on Hand updates until the store manually initiates them – especially useful for locations like Alaska, where shipments may take weeks to arrive.
