Round Down to Nearest Nickel
With pennies being phased out of circulation, a new Paladin Point of Sale feature ensures smooth cash transactions by automatically rounding transaction totals down to the nearest nickel. The feature applies a coupon to the invoice to round the total to the nearest nickel, eliminating the need for penny change while maintaining accurate sales tax calculations on the adjusted totals. To track the financial impact, stores can review the “Pennies” revenue type in the revenue block of the Comparative Revenue Report.

- Quantity on Order – Items currently being replenished.
- Forecast Needs – Projected demand for the item at that location.
- Surplus – Excess inventory beyond forecasted needs.
