PaladinPOS™

Round Down to Nearest Nickel

With pennies being phased out of circulation, a new Paladin Point of Sale feature ensures smooth cash transactions by automatically rounding transaction totals down to the nearest nickel. The feature applies a coupon to the invoice to round the total to the nearest nickel, eliminating the need for penny change while maintaining accurate sales tax calculations on the adjusted totals. To track the financial impact, stores can review the “Pennies” revenue type in the revenue block of the Comparative Revenue Report.

Rich Descriptions

Our new Rich Descriptions tool now brings that product story to life for you. This powerful new feature automatically crafts long descriptions, specifications, images and more that can be used for your PaladinShop digital store and more. Multi-store: Review stock information across stores

Our Remote Stock Check feature in PaladinPOS™ empowers stores to deliver exceptional customer service by accessing inventory information from other locations. When an item is out of stock at your store, you can quickly check availability at a partner location or competitor store and guide customers to where they can find the products they need.  

This tool provides real-time visibility into:  

• Store – The name of the location with available inventory.  

• Item Description – Detailed information about the product.  

• Stock on Hand – Current quantity available at that store.  

• Quantity on Order – Items currently being replenished.  

• Forecast Needs – Projected demand for the item at that location.  

• Surplus – Excess inventory beyond forecasted needs.  

By leveraging this feature, your store can build trust, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster stronger community relationships even when the product isn’t on your shelves.

Best Rewards National Customer Lookup

Best Rewards gets even better with Paladin’s latest feature. Do it Best Rewards customers can now accumulate rewards points in Paladin stores even if they aren’t in the store’s local database. This creates a seamless shopping experience across all Paladin Do it Best client stores and gives customers the added benefit of earning rewards points whether they are shopping at their home store or not.
