Transaction report from Quote to Order invoices

The Transaction report from Quote to Order invoices includes all invoices produced from any quote.

To create a Transaction report from Quote to Order invoices:

1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Reports module.
2. In the Report Area pane, select Sales Analysis > What I Need to Know.
3. In the Report List pane, select Transaction Report.
4. In the Choose Report pane, press F12 Next.
5. In the Report Settings pane, enter the criteria needed for the report.
6. In the Additional Settings pane, from the Keyword Search list, select NoteField.
7. Type Quote in the box to the right of the Keyword Search list.
8. All other settings can be made to fit the criteria you want in the report.
9. In the Sorting Options pane, press F1 Run Report.

A PDF file of the report opens.

To create a Transaction report for a specific quote:

1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Reports module.
2. In the Report Area pane, select Sales Analysis > What I Need to Know.
3. In the Report List pane, select Transaction Report.
4. In the Choose Report pane, press F12 Next.
5. In the Report Settings pane, enter the criteria needed for the report.
6. In the Additional Settings pane, from the Keyword Search list, select NoteField.
7. Type in a specific Quote in the box to the right of the Keyword Search list.

Note: The quote must be entered as follows: Quote-space-number sign-space-quote number. For example Quote # 114

8. All other settings can be made to fit the criteria you want in the report.
9. In the Sorting Options pane, press F1 Run Report.
