If a store is experiencing the following, you can call about a Store Down emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:

  • Statements will not run/print
  • EDI will not download into system/will not send to vendor
  • Paladin will not open on any computer/terminal in the store
  • Data can’t be replicated
  • Credit cards are not running
  • Part number not found for Pharmacy

Call 800-725-2346 (toll free) and press 2 for customer support. Press 2 for Store Down, then press 2 again.

Note: If you are not experiencing one of the listed issues, do not call the store down line, instead call 800-725-2346 and press option 2 for Customer Support.
