Full sheet invoices feature the option to disable alternate line shading. While the shading helps readability onscreen and a freshly printed copy, both faxing and photocopying have difficulty reproducing the shading correctly.
To turn off shading on full sheet invoices:
- In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
- Select the Forms tab.
- In the Form Information pane, check Disable shading on full sheet invoices.
- Click Save, then click Close.
