Note: The information in this KBA is all supported through Ace. All steps are done at the Ace store.

Ace retailers have the option to offer active, reserve, retired or disabled military personnel double Ace Rewards points on every purchase. Retailers wanting to participate in the Military Double Points Program should follow the below steps:

  1. Retailers should hang the Military Double Points sign included in the sign kit in their store.
  2. Retailers should tape the barcode provided at the POS.
  3. Retailers should include messaging that they offer double points to military personnel on their local marketing materials.
  4. When a military customer shops at their store, retailers should:

a. Ask for the customer’s service ID card to verify they are active, reserve, retired or disabled military personnel.

b. Scan the customer’s Ace Rewards card or look them up by phone number.

c. Scan the Military Double Points barcode during the transaction. Double points will automatically be added to the customer’s account once the transaction has been completed.
