Include Transaction Details with mid-month statements

To enhance customer relationship management, stores can now include transaction details with mid-month statements.

• More detailed information for the customer
• More accurate AR tracking

To use this new feature, select Print Transaction Details in the Report settings pane when running mid-month statements. For more information on Statements, refer to the Statements knowledgebase article (KBA).

This feature is available to stores running the build ending in 7809.1 and higher.

Special Order Margin Calculator

Paladin introduces a margin calculator in the Special Order screen, allowing stores to protect margins during special orders just as they do in regular orders. This new Margin Box enables users to automatically calculate Margin if they provide a Sale Price, or calculate Price if they provide a Cost and Margin.

• Automatically calculate Margin based on cost for SOs
• Automatically calculate Cost based on margin for SOs.

This feature is available to stores running the build ending in 7918.1 and higher.

Use US Territories in customer addresses

For stores with customers in US territories, abbreviations for the territories can now be added to the State pick lists in Paladin by enabling the feature in the File > Setup > Forms tab.

This feature is available to stores running the build ending in 7832.1 and higher.
