Note: To view samples of sign styles and sign sizes, refer to the LTSR catalog.

To create a sale sign in the Inventory module

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Inventory module.
  2. Enter or scan the barcode of the part number for the sale sign that you want.
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Open the General tab.
  5. In the Item Information pane, click Print Sign.
  6. In the Sale Sign Export window, enter the Start Date and the End Date for the sale, then select one of the following options:
    • Append to File: This option will add the sale signs for the selected inventory items to the end of the existing sale sign file (not recommended).
    • Overwrite File: This option will create a new sale sign file with only the selected inventory items. (Recommended)
  7. Click OK.
  8. On the top menu of Paladin, select Reports > MS Access Templates.
  9. In the Access Report window, click SALE SIGNS, then select the style and size for the sign that you want to print from Microsoft Access.
