Repeat Rewards: Assign rewards number to a customer account

To assign a rewards number to a customer account:

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Customers module.
  2. Enter or select a customer account in the Customer list.
  3. Click the Electronic tab.
  4. In the Alternate Customer IDs pane, click Edit ID Data.
  5. In the Alternate ID Manager window, in the Enter Alt ID box, enter the Repeat Rewards Account/Card number, which is the number on the card that was issued to the customer.
  6. Click Add.
  7. In the Type list, select Repeat Rewards, then click F12 Finish.
  8. On the bottom ribbon, click F12 Save.
