Hide Item Regular Retail on Invoice

Paladin provides a control that, when enabled, hides (not prints) regular retail on all invoices, receipts, quotes, and rain checks. 

To activate this feature:

  1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
  2. Select the Invoice (Store) tab.
  3. Check Hide Item Regular Retail On Invoice. 
  4. Click Save, then click Close. 
  5. Close and restart Paladin on all registers/terminals for this change to take effect.
