Ace Rewards: Class level exclusion

Ace Hardware stores can exclude individual classes of inventory from participation in Ace Rewards points.

Ace Rewards-enabled stores may activate this feature by:

1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
2. Select the Class tab.
3. In the Classes pane, highlight the class of your choice. 
4. Under Default Dept., check No Rewards.
5. Click Save, then click Close.

All uploads to Ace Hardware of products sold in that class will be excluded from Ace Rewards point accumulation. 

Note: Excluded class inventory items will still be uploaded to Ace Hardware but will contain data indicating the store’s desire for exclusion. Ace Hardware may override a store’s setting if they feel items are being inappropriately excluded from Ace Rewards.
