Automatic Print Later flag

The Print Later flag for inventory items identifies when items need a new bin tag. You can view or set this flag for any inventory item in Paladin’s Inventory module > General tab >  Item Information pane.

The Print Later flag can also be set automatically when a change in inventory information, such as an item’s location or price, is detected by an RF inventory scan. To set up this feature and the conditions that set the Price Later flag automatically:

1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
2. Select the Company tab.
3. In the Tag Styles pane, in the Reprint Tag When Specified Columns Are Changed list, select the inventory item values that, when changed, will cause a new bin tag to print.
4. Click Save, then click Close.
