The procedures in this article must be done in the following order:

  1. Download an MS Access Template and install font files
  2. Test bin tag barcode functionality
  3. Test shelf tag barcode functionality

Download an MS Access Template and install font files

Note:  If you have already downloaded MS Access Template, begin at step 3.

  1. In Paladin, from the top menu, select Maintain > Download, then select MS Access Template.
  2. Go to: C:\PaladinPOS\Export\Signs
  3. Copy these two font files: code 128_0.ttf and ConnectCode39.ttf
  4. Paste both font files into: C:\Windows\Fonts

Test bin tag barcode functionality

  1. In Paladin, from the top menu, select Reports > MS Access Templates.
  2. When the ACCESS REPORT window opens, in the MainPage tab, click BIN TAGS.
  3. In the BinTags tab, click BIN TAG 1.
  4. In the Bintag Settings tab, click RUN. An image of the bin tag with a barcode will appear.

Test shelf tag barcode functionality

  1. In Paladin, from the top menu, select Reports > MS Access Templates.
  2. When the ACCESS REPORT window opens, in the MainPage tab, click SHELF TAGS.
  3. In the ShelfTags tab, click SHELF TAG 1.
  4. In the Shelftag Settings tab, click RUN. An image of the shelf tag with a barcode will appear.
