When you open Paladin Point of Sale, it will check for available space on your local hard drive(s). If there is less than 10 GB (gigabytes) of space available, a warning message will indicate that you have low disk space and tell you to open a Customer Support case to resolve the situation. Before you contact Customer Support, try this procedure.
- Click OK to close the message. Paladin Point of Sale will continue to operate.
- Search for Disk Cleanup.
- In the Disk Cleanup for Windows (C:) window, do the following:
- Select the Temporary files
- Select the Recycle Bin
- Optional: Remove any selections that you do not want the Disk Cleanup for Windows to remove.
- Click OK.
Note: Do not open any programs until the Disk Cleanup is finished.
Note: If you removed Temporary internet files, you may need to enter your user name and password again.
