When you open Paladin, it checks for available space on your local hard drive(s). If there is less than 10 GB (gigabytes) of space available, a warning message indicates that you have low disk space and tells you to open a Customer Support case to resolve the situation. Before you contact Customer Support, try this procedure.

  1. Click OK to close the message. Paladin will continue to operate.
  2. Search for Disk Cleanup.
  3. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows (C:) window, do the following:
    • Select the Temporary files
    • Select the Recycle Bin
    • Optional: Remove any selections that you do not want the Disk Cleanup for Windows to remove.
  4. Click OK.

    Note: Do not open any programs until the Disk Cleanup is finished.

    Note: If you removed Temporary Internet files, you may need to enter your user name and password again.
