You can export a list of departmental information into an Excel spreadsheet with the following column headers:
- ID
- Name
- Store #
- Store Name
- Dept Non-Taxable
- State Non-Taxable
- County Non-Taxable
- City Non-Taxable
- PO System Number-of-Days %
- Suggested Min Factor %
- Minimum Margin %
Note: You must have Microsoft Excel 2007 or later installed on your computer.
To export a department list:
- In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
- Select the Dept tab.
- Select a department from the ID/Name list.
- In the field below Name/Department label number, check all the values you want incorporated in the spreadsheet.
- Below ID/Name list, click Export.
- Click Save, then click Close.
