Outlook for Growth

We anticipate a rapid expansion of our client base due to our customer service excellence, forward-thinking technology and the increasing number of third-parties that integrate with our products. Paladin looks forward to this bright future and will remain agile and responsive to changes in the marketplace. We are always on the lookout for highly-creative and motivated people to join our team, and we will continue to invite thirdparty companies to integrate with our software. Paladin also plans to expand into limited international markets.

We believe our success is founded on 38 years of closely listening to our clients and developing a deep understanding of how their businesses work.

How We Got Here

1980
The Beginning

The beginning. Native Oregonians, Dan and Judie Nesmith moved to Central Oregon in 1980 for the abundant blue skies and recreational lifestyle. As business computers were becoming more common, Dan saw the need for a computerized point of sale software solution for the hardware store and lumber/building industries. Within a few months, Dan was writing code and collaborating with friends to develop the first software product.

Mid 1980's
New Heights

By the mid1980s, the software was in many stores and was exchanging supplier information electronically using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)—an advanced technology for the time.

1990
Business-Build Intelligance

In 1990, new inventory management features were introduced that were revolutionary in the business software world.

Mid 1990's
Time to Take Flight

By the mid-1990s, the company was ready to expand beyond the northwest. To make this opportunity a reality, Dan and Judie became private pilots and bought an airplane.

2005
A Technology Makeover

In the mid-2000s, Paladin took the knowledge gained from 25 years of experience and created a completely new business software package for the Windows platform.

2007
Taking the Company to a New Level

In 2007, Mike Williamson joined Paladin Data Corporation as the General Manager and brought his great intuition and business skills.

2015
Rapid Growth

We purchased a 4.7-acre corporate campus in Bend, Oregon, with 27,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 additional square feet available for future expansion.

2017
The Business Jet

The company just purchased their fifth plane, and first business jet, in 2017.

Today

Mike, Dan and their growing Paladin team continue to help businesses achieve greater prosperity and a profitable future through intuitive technology solutions.
