  6. In the Additional Settings pane, set any of the following options:
    • To set the sales history time period to review, in the Weeks of sales history to review box, enter a number in weeks.
Example: If you set this value to 52 weeks, the report will review sales over the last year.
    • To return items that have sold in low numbers, in the Report items with sales of less than box, enter a number. Items that have sold less than this number will appear in the report.

    • To only return items that are not in stock, leave the Report only out of stock items? checkbox selected. To return both in-stock and out-of-stock items, click the checkbox to clear it.
    • To open the report in Excel, check Export to Excel?.
  7. In the Sorting Options pane, click F12 Run Report.

An Excel icon appears on the bottom taskbar of your terminal. Click the Excel icon to open the report.
