These features are available to stores running the build ending in 7665.1 and higher.

Orgill Impact eCommerce Integration

Orgill’s Impact eCommerce program is designed to grow with your business, offering everything from an online catalog to a complete, shoppable website. Full service includes:

  • A transactional website integrated into Paladin Point of Sale
  • Access to the Industry Product Information Management (PIM) solution where you can sell items from the entire Orgill catalog or non-Orgill items
  • Fully compatible with Orgill FanBuilder

Customer Document Attachments

Stores need quick and thorough due diligence as they manage customer accounts. Storing customer documents within Paladin enables quick future reference and reduces the need for physical storage space.

  • Attach documents to customer accounts
  • Retrieve docs from Paladin’s Customers module
  • Scan documents directly to the customer account
  • Eliminate paper files
  • Documents are safely stored in Paladin’s Cloud Storage solution.

This feature requires enablement in the Remote Access tab of File > Setup.
