QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks desktop software, version 2018 and later, are supported.

Automatically transfer the day’s financial summary to QuickBooks

Each night, Paladin Point of Sale transfers the day’s financial totals, including sales revenue, cost of goods sold, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and tax liability, into your QuickBooks general ledger accounts.

Create QuickBooks bills for received inventory

Just moments after you receive inventory in Paladin, the received order information is queued up for transfer to QuickBooks.

When the data transfer occurs a short time later, a new vendor bill will appear in QuickBooks with the purchase details. Credit purchase orders will appear as vendor credits.
