How to view inventory on Paladin’s mobile access website

To view inventory on Paladin’s mobile access website

  1. Go to mobile.paladinpos.com
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. If you operate a multi-store, in the Select Store list, select your store.
  4. In the Inventory Lookup box, enter a part number, then click the magnifying glass. The following categories appear:
    • Quantity
    • Sales
    • Financial
    • Costs & Prices
    • Forecast
  5. To learn more, click a category.

  • On Hand
  • On Order

Sales
  • Quantity Sold YTD
  • Typical Quantity
  • Total Sales YTD
Financial
  • Investment
  • Gross Profit ROI %
  • Overstock Qty

  • Shrinkage Loss
Cost & Prices
  • Average Cost
  • Market Cost
  • Last Cost
  • Price
Forecast
  • Stock Need
  • Forecast Cost
  • Forecast Demand

Note: The Stock Days can be manipulated to forecast re-ordering need, cost, and demand based on 7, 14, 21, and 30 stock days.
  1. Choose one of the following options:
    • To return to the main menu, click Back.
    • To end the session, click Logout.
