Display Description 2 on original invoice

When you add the item to an invoice, Paladin displays the inventory item’s Description 2 text (from the Inventory module) in the Description box.

When this feature is turned on, a salesperson can view Description 2 when creating an invoice.

Notes:

• Description 2 will always be printed on the original invoice or receipt.
• Because the description for the inventory item may change over time, Description 2 will not appear on subsequent invoices or receipts.

To display Description 2 on the original invoice:

1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
2. Select the Invoice (Store) tab.
3. In the Invoice pane, check Display Description 2 in Invoice/Quote.
4. Click Save, then click Close.
