The following scenarios are considered Store Down emergencies:
- Statements cannot run.
- Credit cards cannot process.
- Orders cannot be placed.
- Data cannot replicate.
- Paladin Point of Sale cannot run on any terminal.
You can call about a Store Down emergency 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
- Call 541-617-9955 (Bend, OR), and then select the Store Down option.
- Call 800-725-2346 (toll free), and then select the Store Down option.
