Note: It is our understanding that Worldpay still supports Trustwave, but have them contact Worldpay for confirmation and any other questions they may have regarding Trustwave.

SaferPayments

SaferPayments is a cybersecurity and managed security services provider through Worldpay that helps merchants maintain PCI compliance. To maintain PCI compliance, SaferPayments customers must periodically fill out a questionnaire and may call with questions.

If a client requests information about how to become PCI compliant, or needs help with a SaferPayments questionnaire:

  • If the client has a Paladin Managed Networking services subscription, or the client needs help with the networking portion of PCI compliance, contact Dave Winkler (davidw@paladinpos.com) for assistance.
  • SaferPayments has a dedicated support team for questions about the PCI compliance questionnaire. If the client is not a Paladin Managed Networking subscriber, or needs help with other parts of the SaferPayments questionnaire, you can help them to the best of your ability and/or refer them to SaferPayments customer support (see phone number above).
