New Features

Collect on Delivery (COD) option for scheduled deliveries

Allow your customers to pay when you deliver with our new Collect on Delivery (COD) feature. This option is available at checkout for customers with no store credit or when customers exceed their store credit limit. Learn more

Send a purchase order to any email address

When you click Buy to finalize a purchase order and send it to your supplier, you can now email the purchase order to any email address.

After printing the PO, in the PO Complete window, click Email to open the Email Manager. From there, you can enter any email address (or select the email address on-file) and press Send. Repeat the process to send multiple emails. When you are done, click Close or press F12.

Show location-specific QR codes on receipts for multi-stores

Multi-store  versions of Paladin now support individual QR codes for each store location. You can upload your store’s custom QR code on the Forms tab in Paladin Configuration. Learn more

New GL categories for Rich Rewards coupons

Multi-store  versions of Paladin now support individual QR codes for each store location. You can upload your store’s custom QR code on the Forms tab in Paladin Configuration. Learn more

New General Ledger (GL) categories have been added to provide accounting for store-issued Rich Rewards coupons. The new categories appear on the Accounting tab in Paladin Configuration (File menu > Setup) and in the GL Summary tab in the Data Viewer (Maintain menu > Data Viewer).
