Paladin always shows the original item price when you recall an on hold transaction.

To put items on hold:

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/Quote module.
  2. Add items to an invoice.
  3. Click F6 Store Transaction,
  4. On the top of the Store Transaction window, enable On Hold.
  5. In the Name box, enter a name.
  6. Optional: In the Memo box, add a note about the on hold invoice.
  7. Click F12 Store.

To recall an on hold transaction:

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Invoice/Quote module.
  2. Click F6 Recall Transaction.
  3. On the top of the Store Transaction window, enable On Hold.
  4. Select the transaction, then click F12 Recall.

The price of the items remain the same as when the transaction was put on hold (original price).
