Inactive customers have always been hidden from view on the Invoice / Quote Customer Name Superlist and our F1 Advanced Lookup – Customer tab search feature. Until this release, inactive customers were still visible in the Customer module F1 Advanced Lookup window.
The Customer module Advanced Lookup window now supports a new search option: “Exclude Inactive”. Check or uncheck this box to cause Paladin POS to deliver the search results you seek. The default state of this new check box can be set to best suit your usage.
Click File – Setup – Company and scroll down the configuration listings for the Advanced Lookup group box. If you desire inactive accounts to be hidden from view by default, check the box beside “Exclude Inactive Accounts by Default”, click Save and exit.
