Our Handy Hardware EDI system has always supported backorders in Paladin POS. Now stores that do not participate in (or have available) Handy backorders may now clear all remaining Handy On Order Quantities upon completion of processing electronic invoices. A message is now displayed asking “Would you like to clear all Handy On Order Quantities?” Click OK to execute, or Cancel to skip.
If OK was chosen a second message is displayed stating: “Warning: This will reset all On Order Quantities to zero for all Handy parts” and again your choices are OK or Cancel. If OK is confirmed, a message of “All (Handy On Order) Quantities have been reset”.
