This feature only applies stores that use Worldpay (formerly Vantiv) Integrated Payments for credit card processing.

When a credit card purchase is processed using Worldpay (formerly Vantiv) Integrated Payments, Paladin Point of Sale will verify that the credit card processing URL is correct. If the URL is incorrect or for testing, credit card purchases are not processed, and the following message appears.

Note: If your store has not gone live and you are in the testing phase, this message is expected. If you see this after your store goes live, this is a store down emergency, and you must contact Paladin Customer Support immediately.
