When an item is returned, and the customer had earned Rich Rewards points from the original purchase, the Rich Rewards points balance will be adjusted for the original purchase price.
Previously, the current price was used to determine the number of Rich Rewards points to remove from the customer’s account. Using this older method, if the current price was different from the original price, an incorrect number of points could be subtracted.
