This update only applies to stores that use Repeat Rewards.

We’ve corrected an issue that caused Repeat Reward certificates to not validate when the Paladin Point of Sale terminal is using the barcode scanner control.

About the barcode scanner control

Paladin’s barcode scanner control stops barcode scans when Paladin Point of Sale needs a cashier’s attention. After the issue is addressed, scanning can continue.

If you own a new generation barcode scanners, such as the new Datalogic scanners, this control is available to you. To setup this control, contact Paladin Support (1-800-725-2346, option 2 or support@paladinpos.com).
