Purchase Order receiving events record Pricing Level History data after updating the underlying inventory item. This process assures margins displayed in the History Viewer are the same margins as displayed on the inventory item’s screen.

To open the Pricing Level History window:

  1. In Paladin, on the top ribbon, select the Inventory module.
  2. On the bottom ribbon of the module, select F1 Adv. Lookup.
  3. In the Advanced Lookup window, enable the parameters of the search.
  4. Click Find >>.
  5. Double click the item, then select the Pricing tab.
  6. Click the magnifying glass on the top of the Pricing Levels pane. 

The Pricing Level History window opens.

  1. To run a report, click Report.

An Excel worksheet opens.
